On the top are frames from a broadcast commercial, and below are my storyboards, which were used to both sell the idea to the client and as a guide for the location photography. As you can see, while the storyboards were prepared weeks in advance, they ended up looking pretty much like the final broadcast image.

I worked for over a year in the graphics department of ATV, which was the Halifax branch of the CTV national broadcast network. My duties included supervising the department, producing broadcast graphics of all varieties (see below) and, most frequently, storyboarding commercials (PDF).
