| I took these pictures as a photographic essay on the mythology of the uniform. On an analytical level, I wanted to show the uniform's use in normalizing obedience, labour and violence. On a personal level, I wanted to show cultural fiction being re-absorbed into the identity of the person wearing a uniform. |
