Oxberry stand at sunrise in 1990
 

As most animation is produced digitally, here's "the old way." It's the Oxberry animation stand! This is a view I remember well: the sun rising after a long night of single frame exposures on the Oxberry. Working through the nights prevented window light leaks from affecting or ruining animation exposures.

Shortly before leaving Halifax, I took this picture to memorialize all my time spent alone in that dark room of the Atlantic Filmmakers' Cooperative.
